Return policy


Worldwide by Registered airmail – tracking possible. Please bear in mind, that not all countries provide tracking information for the incoming mail. Immediately after the shipment the tracking number will be added to your order status.

Usually the delivery takes about 7-14 days to any European country and 12-22 days to the rest of the world.

In case you would like your order to be shipped by Expedited Courier Service - please contact us prior of purchase to discuss the possibilites and prices. 

As from the beginning of 2017 we are shipping all orders twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays. In case we are on a business trip or on a holiday nobody can take care of your orders. We shall announce well in advance for such occasions, so please refer frequently to our "News" section to be informed about the possible delays of order deliveries.

You will be notified by email, including the tracking number, when your item has been dispatched.

In case the item is not received 30 days after the date of shipment we shall file a claim in our post office to track the parcel. If it proves that the parcel is lost - we shall make a full refund.

Return policy

You have a cooling off period during which you have the right to return any item, without having to give reason, within 15 (fifteen) working days of receiving it. Please make sure that returned items are in the same shape and condition as sent.

Although we take great care in the packaging of all our products, it may happen that from time to time items are damaged during the long journey. If you receive a damaged item please contact us

In case a replacement product is available we can offer you to replace it or, if you prefer, we may refund you. Return postage will normally only be refunded if your item was received damaged. We will, however, refund the original shipping cost.
